My stay was disheartening. Cleanliness was a serious concern, with reports of unvacuumed hallways and dirty bathrooms. I experienced uncomfortable noise levels due to poor insulation and malfunctioning air conditioning that disrupted my sleep. The staff were unhelpful, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

The location was great for our family, especially being close to the airport. The quadruple room was spacious enough for us, and my kids enjoyed having their own beds. We appreciated the comfortable stay despite the challenges we faced.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs family-friendly facilities. We wished for more activities for kids and clearer communication about amenities. We felt a little out of place.

Victoria welcomed us with a smile and gave us a great overview of the hotel, and our room was quiet, cozy, and clean. The seasonal outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location was super convenient for catching my flight, but the overall stay left a lot to be desired. Our room was nice size for the fam, and the beds were comfy. However, the service was super slow during dinner—had to wait way too long for our burgers, like over an hour! It’s a bummer I couldn't get decent internet in the room either.
